1. General

All products on our website are available for purchase with no minimum order quantity.

All prices listed are wholesale prices only and do not include shipping fees.

Free shipping is available for orders over USD $199. Orders below this amount will have shipping costs calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address.

2. Drop Shipping Service

If you require drop shipping service, please contact us in advance.

If you prefer not to have our branding or logo included in the package and want the order shipped directly to your customers, please leave a note when placing your order.

Otherwise, we will process the order according to the standard shipping format of our website.

3. Processing Time

In-stock items will be shipped within 48 working hours. Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 working hours after dispatch.

The following products are always available in stock:

  • Natural Black Raw Hair Bundles (10–30 inches)

  • Raw Hair Colored Bundles (20–22 inches, all colors)

  • Natural Black & #613 Blonde Virgin Hair Bundles (10–30 inches)

  • Virgin Lace Wigs (10–30 inches)

4. Delivery & Responsibility

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and carrier chosen at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer must coordinate directly with the local courier or delivery personnel.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, nor for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are issues such as missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo or video evidence.

5. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Return & Exchange Policy 

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt for unused, unaltered, and unwashed products in their original packaging.

  • Customized products (including colored, cut, or styled wigs and bundles) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our error.

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the product back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Product Disclaimer 

  • Due to lighting, monitor settings, and manual coloring processes, there may be slight color differences. These variations are not considered defects.

  • Lengths and weights are measured before processing; small variations may occur.

  • Please confirm your desired wig cap size and style when placing an order. If no size is specified, we will ship the default size (M: 22–23").

8. Payment & Currency 

  • All prices are listed in USD by default.

  • Customers are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by their payment providers.
